Beta Terms

1. Who we are

Padel Rally(“we”, “us”) is an independent padel community platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of David Lloyd Clubs Limited or any of its subsidiaries.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the beta you must:

• Be a current paying member of David Lloyd Shrewsbury.
• Be aged 18 or over.
• Not misrepresent your membership status.

We reserve the right to verify membership and to remove access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Nature of the beta

The platform is provided as-is during the beta period. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The beta is free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future; beta participants will receive reasonable notice before any charges are applied.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your application and profile.
• Treat other members with respect.
• Do not share your account or invite link with non-members.
• Do not use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users.
• Honour game commitments you sign up to where reasonably possible.

5. Feedback

We may ask you for feedback about the platform. Any feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without compensation or attribution, unless you ask us otherwise.

6. Independence from David Lloyd Clubs

Padel Rally is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of David Lloyd Clubs Limited. Court booking, membership management, and club facilities remain entirely the responsibility of David Lloyd Shrewsbury. Any issues with club facilities should be directed to the club directly.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms, if your membership at David Lloyd Shrewsbury lapses, or if we discontinue the beta. You may stop participating at any time by emailing hello@padelmvp.app.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padel Rallyshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed £100.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active beta participants by email before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
